Desiree's Story
I’ve been in the industry since 2002. It all started when I tried a job as a loan officer and realized I loved it! I excelled at it and continued to grow from there. A year after starting, I was promoted to Branch Manager of one of the lowest performing branches of my company. Within four and half years, my branch was the number one producing branch out of 52 branches and broke numerous company records. At that time, I was the highest paid Branch Manager in my company, but I gave all of my bonuses to my hardworking employees. From there, I quickly made a name for myself as one of the most respected mortgage professionals, growing to be within the top 10 of loan officers for Supreme Lending nationwide. Over my career, I have held numerous management positions within the industry from District Sales Manager up to Area Manager, but today I focus on what I love most: helping my clients secure the best mortgage solution.
I love putting people into homes. It’s often the biggest purchase of their lifetime, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help them find a place to raise their family. I’m committed to educating my clients, especially first-time buyers, ensuring they understand the mortgage process and make informed decisions. I pride myself on my vast knowledge of the industry and loan products, combined with my genuine desire to help my clients find the best loan for their situation while educating them throughout the entire process.
My goal is to provide my borrowers with a mortgage experience that’s not just professional but personal. I take the time to really get to know my clients and their financial goals to ensure the loan we choose works for their overall situation.
One of the ways I stand out in my field is with my absolute devotion to providing constant and clear communication throughout the entire transaction. I have a lot of systems in place that allow me to keep everyone constantly updated throughout the process. My goal is to make the entire process as stress free as possible by always being available to answer questions and in keeping everyone educated and informed. My approach is rooted in building strong relationships with my clients and partners. Everything is built on relationships. When you invest in those, it creates a ripple effect of trust and referrals. Many of my clients become clients for life—they come back to me when they need to refinance or buy again. Even most of my realtor partners come to me for their loans because of the trust I have built with them.
For me, it really is all about helping people achieve their real estate dreams. I really love the relationships that I’ve built; I’ve become friends with the people I work with, and I have become a trusted mortgage professional to many of my clients throughout the years. I want to connect to people and be a resource to them. At the end of the day, I want to know that I did my very best every single time, and that my clients came out understanding the process much better than when they started.
